  Be aware that some products are not returnable! I attempted to return some cedar singles within a week of purchase(with receipt) only to be told they are not returnable because they are a natural product..... They sat in my garage, alot better place then where I picked them up which was sitting on pallets in the back forty not even covered..... ÌNFORM your customers which products are and aren't RETURNABLE!

  terrible service. I have ordered in a specific material that we need to manufacturing and the past 4 times they have sold it to other customers or maybe they just never bothered to order it.
