  Worst customer service and damaged heavy furniture from India. Bought a dining table set, They dont deliver to the house so we had to pick it from store . The table was tons of kg after opening and ASSEMBLING ourselves we found out that the table was cracked on the corners we called the store and they said they ll give us the new one so we had to pack the super heavy table again and took it back to store . we requested this time to check it before we buy if its in good condition or not because its difficult to carry heavy tables and its not good for ur back and body. the lady confirmed that table is brand new and not damaged. After unpacking the second table it was cracked and damaged too means somebody might have returned it too and they sold us what a shame on the store who dont care for their customers and keep selling bad pieces . so after all this disapointment we decided to return it and called the store and they said they cant return it because they already have exchanged it what ????What does that mean? where is in the policy it states ? and y wd we keep the cracked table when the return policy says we have 30 days to return it and most of all it was cracked so no point of wasting 12-1400 $ on damaged table. so we spoke with the manger and she said the same may b they dont wont to loose their commisions they might have earned. then we spoke with regional manager she said the same finally after all this we called the usa customer service and the gentleman helped getting our refunds back. What a relief !!! :esson learned Dont waste ur time buying stuff from Pier One Grande Prairie buy from cosco or Ashley etc atleast they ll deliver the heavy furniture to ur house and Save urselves from heavy lifting and back aches .
