  I just wanted to give praise and appreciation to an outstanding experience I had with Riley at the returns counter. I know my situation was not the easiest to handle, but Riley kept his composure during the whole time and he was very apologetic for the length of time it was taking to find a solution. He not only found a solution for me, but he was also making sure that he was acknowledging other customers who were waiting behind me. I know it can be an overwhelming time of year for retail workers; I appreciate the time he spent on my “case” and I hope he’s commended for a job well done! Koodos Riley, keep up the great work!!!

  A pretty average electronics store. Good variety of products and fair prices. The geek squad tech service is great, have got work done on my laptop, and they do custom device screen protectors.
